1. What is an Affiliate Program?
An affiliate program is a partnership with an online merchant. For every new member referred by you who makes a deposit into his new real money bingo account, we will pay you an Affiliate Fee.

2.What does it mean to become an Affiliate?
If you have a website, mailing list you can become an Affiliate. All you need to do is put up our tracking link, in the form of a banner or text review, for a brand of your choice. You can also e-mail these lists to a mailing list with the mailer we provide.
 

3. How do Affiliate Programs work?
You send traffic through your site and the users click one of our banners you put on your site. The users reach our site and start to play. You will earn a commission on their playing loses.
 

4. How do I signup to WBA Affiliate Program?
Click on the "signup now" bottom and fill in your details at the registration form. Then log on using the affiliate id number and your password. Simple as that!
 

5. Do I need to signup separately to each bingo site I wish to promote?
No, you can promote all of our front ends bingo rooms with a single WBA affiliate account.

6. How do I know how much commission I have earned?
Through your affiliate account you can access traffic reports that provide information on clickthroughs, downloads, signups, deposits and commissions earned. You will earn:
25% of the GOP up to $5000
30% of the GOP from $5000 up to $9999
35% of the GOP from $10000 up to $19999
40% of the GOP from $20000 up to $29999
45% of the GOP from $30000
3% of the GOP of any affiliate you refer to WBA
GOP defined as total players deposits less total players withdrawals less processing costs (8%) less total balance in players accounts.
 

7. How often are reports updated?
Reports are updated every one hour.
 

8. How often do I get paid?
We pay our affiliates once per month, on the 8th business day of the month for the previous month referrals.
 

9. What support do you provide?
WBA Affiliate Program provides an email support and live chat/ telephone support on demand.

10. Does WBA Affiliate Program assign cookies to referrals?
WBA Affiliate Program assign a cookie to all referrals, but these cookies are only assigned once the visitor joins the program. The tracking of a referral is effected by the Affiliate ID that is present in your link and the visitor ID that is attached to the visitor when accessing the website.
This visitor ID is linked to both your Affiliate ID and the cookie that is saved to the visitor's computer upon their joining the program. Once registered, their new Affiliate ID is then permanently linked to yours, and as such, you will be paid in terms of their revenue generated for as long as they keep playing.

11. How do I receive my commission?
We offer our affiliates three payment options:
1. Neteller : This payment option does not carry a fee. Payments less than US$50 will be held over, until the total due you is more than US$50.
2. Bank Wire : 3-4 extra working days. This payment option carry a US$35 fee.
3. Checks: extra 2-3 weeks. This payment option doesn't carry a fee.
12. Can I receive commission for signing up as a player?
This would undermine the fairness of the bingo marketing. Neither you nor your relatives are eligible to become real money players under your affiliate ID. In case of doing so, you will not be eligible to receive the relevant commission. "Relative" means any of the following: spouse, partner, child or sibling. If you'd like to test the accuracy of the system please notify us in advance and we will refund your money no matter whether you win or lose.
